Gentle yoga: Tuesdays 11.00am- 12.00

General yoga :Wednesdays 9.30-10.30am

General yoga: Fridays 9.30-10.30am

Saturdays: 10.30am – dates TBC

Private yoga sessions and energy medicine treatments and voice healing are also available.

With: Restorative yoga, cacao and releasing ceremony, mantra singing and Gong Bath.

The full moon is the perfect time to let go of all that no longer serves you – limiting beliefs, negative thoughts and any mental, physical or emotional pain.

Time: 7.00-10.00pm

FRIDAY 8th GROUP SOUND BATH £25

Time: 7.00-8.15pm

SUNDAY 9th POWER ANIMAL MEDITATION & GONG BATH £30

FRIDAY 15th NEW MOON RETREAT £40

With: Intention setting, cacao ceremony, mantra singing and sound bath.

The new moon is a powerful time for setting intentions, starting new projects and planting seeds for future growth and new beginnings.

I have a very lovely self contained garden room/studio available to rent for small group classes, one to one yoga or Pilates, therapies or over night stays.
